HOPPY is the pattern that sets any class-room, surgery or nursery sprakling! The designer behind this pattern, Daniela Litescu, is a new name among our designers this year, 2010.
Daniela Litescu has had her training at the "College of Textile and Design" in Borås, where she obtained a MA in Textile Design. Although only at the beginning of her carrier, she is already a flexible and skilful designer. With her contribution to our collection she wants to convey hope and joy:
"The pattern symbolizes different cultures living side by side in the globe. We may look different, but in spite of all we are modulded and shaped in the same form. HOPPY shows happy people waving – a waveing hand, an outstretched hand offering help, can be an invitation to cooperation over borders."
